Why did you join CrossFit?
I had been running and doing various boot camp classes for yrs trying to stay “ in shape" and keep up w/my teenage boys at the time. I was doing boot camp 3 days a week and running 5ks on my off days. I felt like I was putting a lot into my workouts, still my body stayed the same. Then I found CrossFit. I loved it from the very start! The high intensity & constant variation caught my body off guard, and it responded! My body changed more after 6 months of CrossFit than it had from yrs of running & boot camp. I was sold!

Why do you want me to join CrossFit?
Age, weight, injury, no worries. CrossFit is for EVERYONE!! Every workout is modifiable & every workout is different. You will never get bored and you will always have friends cheering you on to be the BEST YOU that you can be! CrossFit made such a positive impact on every aspect of my life. I wish that for everyone!!
