Why did you join CrossFit?
I began CrossFit after already being a certified personal trainer and being in pretty good shape. (So I thought) CrossFit showed me there is so much more to learn and so many ways to continue growing. It feeds my competitive side as well as my hunger to learn new things and share that knowledge with my peers

Why do you want me to join CrossFit?
CrossFit is for everyone, young and old, the beginner and the elite athlete. You will make lifelong friends with like-minded people while getting the best body you have ever had. I have not found a more fun way to stay in shape
